Free March events offer hands‑on safety activities that support most badge requirements 
Fire agencies across Snohomish County invite all scout groups—and community members of all ages—to attend two free Scout Day events this March. These events provide an opportunity to meet local firefighters, tour fire apparatus, and complete many common safety‑related badge requirements in one day. 
Event Details 
Saturday, March 14, 202611 a.m. – 1 p.m. 
Hosted by Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue 
Station 71 – Clearview Fire Station 
8010 180th St. SE, Snohomish 
Saturday, March 21, 202611 a.m. – 1 p.m. 
Hosted by North County Regional Fire Authority 
Firefighter Training Center 
29814 Old Highway 99 North, Stanwood 
Hands-On Activities Include 
First Aid & CPR awareness; Smoke alarms; Creating a home fire escape plan;  
Calling 911; Knot tying; Building an emergency go‑kit; Disaster preparedness for families 
These hands‑on activities are designed to support scouts in meeting many of their safety‑focused badge requirements. 
Additional Information 
If inclement weather is expected, updates will be shared through email and agency social media channels. 
Registration is preferred but not required.
